Meet the founders
Saif Bagajati
Founder & CEO
Saif has spent over 21 years in technology, across telecom, automotive, fintech, and payments. He's led on both the engineering and product sides, from individual contributor to Chief Product Officer. With a degree in software engineering and an executive MBA, he's always been driven to use the latest technology to solve real, impactful problems. Lume began when he watched optician friends pour money into outdated software that was holding their practices back.

Ryan Koudys
Co-Founder & CTO
Ryan has spent more than two decades building software, across banking, payments, and learning, as a software engineer working on systems used around the world. He holds a computer engineering degree from Western University, and along the way earned a reputation as the person who could find a solution to almost any problem, and mentor the team while he did it. He co-founded Lume as CTO to give optical practices technology engineered to the standard their patients deserve.
