Pricing
The price comes at launch. The principles are already set.
We'll announce pricing when Lume launches in Fall 2026. What we can tell you now is how we think about it, because we've made ourselves some rules we don't intend to break.
Become a Founding MemberExceptional value, always
Whatever the price ends up being, it has to sit well below the value you get back. If Lume isn't clearly paying for itself, we haven't earned the fee. That's the bar we're setting ourselves.
No per-user or per-customer fees
Add as many team members as you like and serve as many customers as you can. We will never meter either one. Your success is our success, and we want you using all of Lume to get there.
Every feature included
We won't sell you modules. If a feature is worth building, it's worth including, and it lands in the plans automatically. There may be more than one plan someday, but each will be a full collection of value for a kind of practice, never a menu of paid add-ons.
No hidden fees
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no training fee, no paid support tier. The price will be the price. If getting you started well costs us something, that's our investment in the relationship, not your surcharge.
Your data is yours
If you ever decide to leave, your data walks out with you: customers, prescriptions, orders, history. There are no export fees and no hostage-taking. We'd rather keep you with a product you love than a lock you can't pick.
You'll always try before you commit
There will always be a trial period. Use Lume in your real day for a while, and if it isn't for you, walk away. We think you'll stay, but that should be your call, not a contract's.
Frequently asked questions
When will pricing be announced?
At launch, in Fall 2026. Founding members will hear first.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes, always. You'll be able to run Lume in your practice before committing, and walk away if it isn't for you.
Is multi-location support extra?
No. Multi-location is built into Lume, not an add-on. Every plan includes it.
Will I pay more as my team or customer base grows?
No. There are no per-user or per-customer fees, and there never will be.
Are there setup or training fees?
No. Getting you started well is part of the product, not a line item.
