Staying in touch with patients now lives in one place. The Communications Hub lets you send messages by text and email without leaving Lume.
Set a message up once and let it run. That might be a reminder the day before an appointment, or a note to say someone’s glasses are ready to collect. Recalls reach patients who are due for an eye exam. You choose who receives what, and when.
A few things we built in from the start:
- Consent is checked before anything sends, so you only message patients who have opted in.
- Quiet hours hold messages back so nothing goes out late at night.
- Every message is saved on the patient’s profile, so your team can see what was sent.
You can write a one-off note to a single patient or set up a campaign that runs on its own. Either way, you set the wording and choose exactly who it reaches.
